The article deal with a research on the construction of a possible zero-six curriculum, conducted with a group of pubblic kindergarten teachers and a group of educators from a municipal nursery in the same area (a neighborhood in the historic center of Palermo). It aims to highlight and problematize areas of continuity and discontinuity between the two educational services by linking them to the history and organizational culture of the services themselves. It also intends to reflect on possible proposals for organizational change in the direction of continuity, through the adoption of a participatory methodology centered on reflective self-assessment, planning and in-service training within a working group dimension. It therefore also presents an intervention model which, adopting an ecological and systemic perspective, also explores the role of the various figures involved in the management of the project, in the coordination and management of the groups and the interconnection ways between them.
