Abstract
With the aim of containing the current pandemic, by legislative decree no. 149/2020 the Governmenthas intervened also on the appeal stage. Thus, under two fundamental guidelines: a written contradictory, unless there is a request by the party of oral discussion; “online” chambers. A dangerous binomialthat will require adjustments during the conversion into law.
