Abstract
.Palermo is a city of many resources which preserves a great historical, architectural and artistic heritage.The article is a contribution in view of the enhancement of its architectural heritage. Specifically, the articleaims to analyze the value of communication of the architectural envelope in different historical periods andin the present. This study aims to analyze the particular documents of historical buildings of great architecturalexpression and it proposes a monumental route that is also a brand of new interpretation of the city.
