Abstract
Musac is placed into the homonym country of the north of Spain and despite its young age, it has been inaugurated only in April 2005, it immediately distinguished itself in the international panorama for two aspects that maybe unconsciously relate themselves and pertain to the architectural container, conferred upon the prestigious prize of Mies van der Rohe's Foundation, and for a singular project of a coordinated image that supports every demonstration linked to contemporary art (exhibitions, workshops, conferences, meetings with artists). The architectural factory designed by Emilio Tuñón and Luis Mansilla, through its complex morphology, its externals and the polychromaticity of its surfaces, expresses a philosophy that presides and is supported by a dense museum activity.
