Abstract
Many pupils passively undergo school and successes, many can not find the motivation to choose to study and go to school. In the concrete situations of school life, emotions, effects, feelings and passions indicate significantly in the learning process; therefore the understanding of the affective dynamics in their students constitutes a very important dimension of teaching professionalism.
