The court of Cassation has changed its opinion about employer’s refusal to accept employee’s offer to work (employer’s arrears). According to the new opinion (based on articles 1206 and following ones of civil code), in such a case the employee has the right to be paid entirely, even if he has worked and has been paid by any other employers, unless any special law has established a different rule.
