Made by Angelina Damiani, daughter of architect Giuseppe Damiani Almeyda and husband of Domenico Lanza, the first Sicilian botanist who is interested in protecting the threatened tree species. The de- sign, donated by the daughter of the authoress, Maria Filippina Lanza Sangiuliano, and since 2006 exhibited in the small museum of the Palermo Botanical Garden, highlights the historical and scientific importance, in addition to the art linked to the great sensitivity and versatility of the authoress, remembered as a valentine poetess and writer.
