The concept of education affects the relationship between parents and teachers. School-family collaboration, which is essential for the effective education of the child-pupil, turns to be too difficult when the educational functions of these two parts are not well defined. Putting the educational needs of the pupil at first place promotes the overcoming of the conflicts that sometimes arise between educators. Only in this way it gets possible to transform a school into an authentic educational community.
