Abstract

Gallbladder polyposis is a rare and poorly described condition in the pediatric literature. We report the case of one6-year-old girl with metachromatic leukodystrophy and with incidental evidence of gallbladder polyposisultrasound. The presented case highlights the importance of the association of cholecistic polyposis with varioussyndromes including metachromatic leukodystrophy.
