The interest of research also in the international field increasingly converges on the need to extend the knowledge of training and professional needs to a wide range of transversal skills considered fundamental for the personal and professional development of the teacher. What skills do the professional teacher connote today? Which self-assessment actions and devices can support their professional development? The concept of competence refers to a series of specialized knowledge necessary, but no longer sufficient for teacher training: specialized skills need to be "oriented and finalized by metacompetences progressively refined by a practice that makes virtuous circle with the theory. To further spread a skills culture, in this research, we felt it necessary to promote greater reflection on the transversal skills related to organizational, managerial and communication skills.
