L'attività normativa del Governo nel periodo 2013-2016

The article describes the legislative and regulatory activity of Government in the period 2013-2016. The executive took many measures to contain public expenditure, in order to achieve a substantial correction of the public finance. On the contrary, the normative interventions regarding the liberalization and decentralization of administrative functions were not very important. There has been no significant progress in relation to privatization policies. On the other hand, greater attention was focused on the production and rationalization of regulations, with the adoption of many reforms in the field of administrative simplification.
