Abstract

Escrivá didn’t write treaties of Pedagogy, but texts for the training of the educators, trainers and directors of educational and training initiatives promoted with his impulse. The education in freedom of those who know they are sons of God - and the corresponding responsibility - is the fulcrum of the pedagogical teaching of Escrivá, who has also developed original reflections on the education of human virtues as a basis for supernatural ones. In particular, this holy priest valued work as a mean to improve oneself and participate in the common good. Learning to carry out one's work with professional competence and attention to the needs of others, as sons and collaborators of God in the work of the creation, is the synthesis of the educational message of Escrivá.
