Abstract

The intervention for the promotion of personal and professional maturity, addressed to first grade secondary school students, within the PRIN 2010 project, allowed, in line with the objectives of the local unit, to carry out research together with teachers and students universities and it produced changes in their professional competence.Specifically, the ADVP (Activation du Développement Vocationnel et Personnel) intervention takes place in the second phase of the research, which, as expected, has experimented with the ADVP didactic methodology and has focused on the following objectives of the local unit:- create, using technology, learning environments and educational situations that improve the skills of secondary school pupils.- Experiment peer group management tools and peer training strategies, both for teachers and pupils;- analyze the quality of the teaching practice that responds to the needs of the pupils' renegades according to the principles of educational personalization.
