Abstract
The article analyses the legislative procedure in Israel. The study is carried throughout a specific model that helps to compare the different legislative procedures in other countries examined in the specific volume. It analyses the form of government, the role of Parliament and its organization, the sources of law, the ordinary legislative procedure, the special legislative procedures, the legitimacy and the quality of the law.
