In the contribution Innovation and creativity. New development scenarios for the Sicani area, starting from the emerging concept of Circular Land and from some experiences of local innovation in Sicily, the authors outline a new scenario of development, highlighting the relationships between social innovation as a process territorially rooted and the spatial context in which it acts, and identifying the relational dimension of connectivity as the main field of action for regional territorial policies.
