Infrastrutture (commento al decreto Rilancio)

In the so-called “Relaunch decree", numerous regulations have been adopted to support infrastructures andtransport services, as well as economic operators in the sector. They are emergency measures: government grants, compensation funds, fee reduction, extensions of concessions and authorizations, appointment of extraordinary commissioners, establishment of new public owned companies. In this perspective, the State seems an "insurer", with a redefinition of the relationships between public authorities and civil society.
