N2 - Capitalism is a mode of production founded on the essential mobility and flexibility of the workforce on a global scale. At the same time, this mode of production has the need to regulate this workforce for the process of capital accumulation. Today, as in the past, in front of the imperious and progressive process that led to the freedom of movement of commoditiesand capitals around the globe, therefore the capitalism brings the mobility of the labor force in various forms of government regulation, control, discipline, in order to allow the accumulation of capital. Since the time of slavery, the capitalism plays an active role in the production and legitimation of these practices of workforce discipline and confinement, which in some way also Roma people has not been able to subtract.
