Abstract
The essay, through the analysis of unpublished archival sources, outlines the patronage of some members of the Ventimiglia family for Lascari and its parish church from the end of the 17th century to the first decades of the 19th century. The exponents of the noble lineage for the realization of these works, some of which are still preserved, mostly turned to artists from Palermo, including the skilled marmorario Domenico Magri.
