Many automotive manufacturers are investingheavily in Electric Vehicle (EV) design and manufacturing.Governments and other public sector bodies are makingsignificant investments in the development of EVs andintroducing various tax credits, incentives and subsidies. Inaddition, energy companies and other industries have settheir sights on electric vehicles. In particular, EVdevelopment is being strongly fueled by consumer demandstemming from economic and environmental factors. Thescope of this work is to present a representation of thespread of EVs in some European countries, in order toaddress an integration of green energy with recharge of EVswith particular attention for Italy. The States concerned areUnited Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands andNorway, Italy. Each state has its policy for incentives,divided in assistance in purchasing and benefits in use. Itwas described policy incentives held in recent years and theresults were reported suggesting to implement a policy ofincentives, for purchase and use.
