Abstract
This essay aims to record and study the quotations, suggestions, echoes and rewrites of two 12th century Latin "elegiac comedies", Vitalis of Blois' Geta and William of Blois' Alda, made by Giovanni Boccaccio in his works (notably the Elegia di madonna Fiammetta, the Amorosa visione, the Ninfale Fiesolano and, obviously, the Decameron).
