Abstract
What does it mean to train “ludic-teachers and educators”? Starting from the meaning of the term "Ludic", the essay explores what the "ability to play" with children consists of and how to promote the children’s play. It then proposes a reflection on areas, paths and methodologies, underlining how the training should be characterized: by learning by experience, observation and self-observation; by the group setting; by the peers interaction ; by activities focused on artistic-expressive languages; by attention to the embodiment and to the emotional dimension. At the end, a possible training model is presented and some testimonies of university students are reported for illustrative purposes
