The growing diffusion of social media is profoundly changing the way of communicating, also with regard to university teaching. For this reason it is necessary to develop new models consistent with the lifestyles and languages of the new generations of university students. Considering the great possibility offered by social networks to find and share resources (useful links, articles, audio or video materials, etc.), we have been able to verify that these environments can provide students with the opportunity to expand their own knowledge and their level of information, so as to be profitable for learning and have been an excellent opportunity for comparison and interaction between students and teachers.
