El trabajo ágil y el teletrabajo en el escenario europeo y comparado:dinámicas emergentes, efectos sobre la calidad del trabajo e instrumentos de regulación

The present work summarises the main results of the joint Eurofound-ILO report on «Working anytime, anywhere: The effects on the world of work», focusing on the impact of ICTs on the employment relationship in ten selected countries (both European and non-European). The essay is mainly aimed at critically analysing the opportunities and the risks related with the digitisation of work in contemporary capitalism, mainly in terms of impacts on working time, work-life reconciliation, health and safety and productivity. In the meanwhile, it offers an overview of the main policies carried out by the actors of the different industrial relations systems to develop telework and smart-working in Europe, with a particular attention to the Italian case.
