The paper deal with the issue of trade-unions' power of act for whole employee categories beyond its own members, that is named “rappresentatività” (literally and loosely: representativeness) in the Italian law system. After a brief examination of the notion of “rappresentatività”, the author devises the new regulations of “rappresentatività” by TU of January 2014. In particular, he discuss these issues in light of Italian constitution charter and some of derivative problems of compliance of the first with the latter.
