Abstract
In terms of monitoring and improving the design of the future activities of the Specialization Course for Support Activities (D.M. 30 September 2011), the work is part of the current debate on the search for specific indicators and shared tools to assess and improve the results of university teaching in this area. Identifying core contents in Specialization Courses is a key element in the design and training of future supportteachers. The article presents the methodological approach of a research process put in place at the University of Palermo in a.a. 2018/19, for the identification of the skills of the support teacher and their translation into learning outcomes (learning outcomes). Starting from the theories of constructive alignment and the Pedagogical Content Knowledge, the result the definition of a synopsis framework containing the core contents expressed following the Dublin descriptors.
