The paper takes cue from the aforementioned proceedings, in order to make observations on the conflict between the cooperatives and Mytaxi and on the protection of competition between platforms and that between taxi drivers, in the light of antitrust law as well as of the regulation of cooperatives and that providing in the field of local public transport of people by taxi.
