Risultato della ricerca: Articlepeer review

Abstract

The present work analyses under a labour law perspective the recent free trade agreement concluded by EU and Japan (EU-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement): after a short comparison among the two labour law systems, the essay deals with the chapter on trade and sustainable development, highlighting the weakness because of the soft law mechanisms; in its third part this paper focuses on the unique matter currently under negotiation, or the introduction of an Investor-State dispute settlement clause, and the related problems of compatibility with EU law.
