Abstract
The article provides an analysis of the legislation and jurisprudence about the administrative liability of managers and clercks of publicly owned corporations. It is described a recent decision of the Corte di Cassazione, which denies the jurisdiction of Corte dei conti for the damages caused by managers to a corporation with public and private capital. In closing it is suggested a distinction between different kinds of publicly owned corporations.
