Abstract

The paper selects content and methodologies of a research experience applied to Human Smart City in order to demonstrate the importance of social innovation within the technological innovation processes for the city. The analysis of the behavior of digital citizens and their relevance in dealing with administrations and those involved in territorial development actions is the point of view of the whole contribution that emphasizes that only the "augmented", physical and digital interaction, together, can initiate processes of urban innovation.
