Abstract

[automatically translated] Introduction: The individual study and group empowerment motivated structuring an assessment tool of the areas along the dimensions (self-efficacy, participation / involvement, progress / autonomy). The instrument was administered to a group of 23 patients with schizophrenic disorder called "Albatros" set up at the OU of Psychiatry dell'AUOP of Palermo and fruenti multidisciplinary rehabilitative treatment pathways, compared with a group of psychotic subjects exclusive treatment control Pharmacotherapeutic. Materials and Methods: The instrument allows the evaluation of empowerment levels achieved through the use of reconnaissance sheets completed by operators outside the Group. Step Process: 1) identification and articulation of the dimensions to be analyzed; 2) elaboration of the reconnaissance cards to multi-professional part of the team; 3) data collection; 4) an assessment of the instrument in a half-year time span in three surveys. Conclusions: The data collected and processed for today raffrontanti group users with the controls, along the analyzed dimensions, allow monitoring and management of the strengths and weaknesses of rehabilitation programs. The results assume a pro-active value for the modulation of the interventions and projects, while the design and use of a specific valuation instrument favors the identity of the working group by limiting the risks of self. 3) data collection; 4) an assessment of the instrument in a half-year time span in three surveys.
