The paper aims at underlining some pedagogical reasons to promote the relations among families. Actually, in our late modernity society, that is in life contexts marked by growing individualism, utilitarian and contingent reasons are immediately evident. Nevertheless, other reasons properly linked to education and to fully human flourishing - of persons, families, communities, and societies – can be detected and highlighted. This analysis also lead us to a more accurate consideration of the value of care for our time more accurate consideration of the value of care for our time, not only on a private level but above all in the public one, as it is capable of generating new relational goods, forms of educational corresponsibility, thus new social capital.
