Abstract
Project and mediterranean places in the experience of PhD in Architectural DesignThis essay analyze, as a whole, the results obtained under the theme of "Mediterranean", from the research carried out for several years in the Ph.D. in Architectural Design of Palermo. Researches have identified elements of originality in an area deeply investigated and that revolves around the themes of landscape, light, construction, mode of settlement. The essay try today to focus some permanences detectable in the researches, revealing some aspect of an attitude recurrent in the paths of the project of architecture in the Mediterranean area.
