Abstract
Moving from a foucauldian point of view, I will try to framing the problemof precariat in the broader perspective of neoliberal hegemony. So, afterdescribing some of the peculiarities of precarious life forms, I will analyzethe human capital theory, with which pedagogical reflection has to open aconfrontation. To this end, at the conclusion of the essay, I will brieflyconsider some alternative proposals to human capital theory.
