Abstract
Behind the Zan law proposal, there is an attack on freedom of thought protected by art. 21 of the Italian Constitution and a restriction on the educational freedom of parents. In countries, where similar laws already exist, the State has already intervened to change the sexual orientation of young people without parental consent relying solely on psychologists and doctors that are conducive to sexual fluidity.
