Abstract

The present study addresses the methodological implications determined in the carrying out of a design process through the use of a parametric modeler algorithmic. The goal is to demonstrate how the parameterization of morphological elementsmust create a two-way relationship with the design logic, but without dictating directives or upset them. The object of projectc intervention is a multifunctional center for tourist nearby the area of the archeological park of Agrigento, wich establishes with the Valley of the Temples a contextual relationship of morphological and visual dialogue.
