In particular, the monograph focuses on the analysis of the different instruments underpinning moral suasion, as well as their effects and implications on the President’s formal powers of control, constitutional guarantee, and those related to political decisions under articles 92 and 88 of the Constitution. The overall aim of the book is to highlight the interconnection between the President’s influence activity and his role and figure in the Italian form of government.
