[automatically translated] The purpose of this paper is to present the evolutionary dynamics of the sector floristic of Montechiaro Palma territory. three different ages were analyzed, from the first half of the 800 to date. The study started from the analysis of data in an old manuscript dating from the early nineteenth century. The information obtained from the full-bodied list of plant species, reported in this manuscript, have been used to make a comparative analysis with the results of research conducted on the same territory in 1966 by Prof. M. Sortino and ii surveys carried out in 2004-2005 . The focus was placed on changes in the quality and consistency of the typical resources of the floristic sector by making use of the ecological value of the generic coefficient of Chorological value and the biological spectrum. The trends of these indicators and floristic indices could be detected as in the course of two centuries analyzed the biodiversity of Montechiaro Palma territory has undergone considerable changes. These changes have been attributed to the historical and socio-economic events that have taken place since the first half of 800. Particularly important have been the man's destructive action on the natural flora and illegal building along the coasts that have led, around the sixties, to a drastic decrease in all four investigated indices.
