Abstract
The issue 2/2015 of Giornale di Metafisica collects essays on the topic "The Announcement" in order to investigate this phenomenon from different points of view (metaphysical, phenomenological, hermeneutical, aesthetical, theological), departing from Jean-Luc Nancy's and Richard Kearney's readings of Antonello da Messina's painting "L'Annunciata".
