To this end, we conducted an excursus on theories of social capital, in the hypothesis that, in order to define the mechanisms and processes that contribute to its production, it is necessary to look to the relational dimension, in addition to more traditional notions of trust and reciprocity, starting from the relationship with the production of human and cultural capital, traditionally assigned to education. This means that the rule is to assume a more markedly social perspective as a result of which interest for technological innovation takes not (sol) as much as new instrumental opportunities (the media as a teaching aid), but also and above all as education to active and informed citizenry, able to interact in a more reflective with the contemporary mediascape and thus actively participate in the "public sphere mediated".
