Abstract

[automatically translated] In this study, they have been taken into account multiple species belonging to the genus Roccella DC. and the species Ramalina starchy (L.) Ach., on which the means of identification of lichen substances surveys were conducted chemiotassonomiche. This paper uses three chemical methods for the detection of secondary metabolites present. Over the past thirty years they have been carried out in many parts of the world studies on lichen substances, Culberson in the US, Huneck in Germany, Yoshimura Japan, Elix in Australia. In Italy this type of research has been carried out in this context we find the proposed study here, having as its goal the recognition of secondary metabolites, which are useful in order to discriminate the presence of possible different chemotypes, within the species Roccella phycopsis (Ach .) Ach., Roccella fuciformis (L.) DC. and Roccella tuberculata Vain., Ramalina starchy (L.) Ach.
