It was hypothesized that one of the possible causes of school failure in the first cycle of education was the scant attention of teachers to man-woman diversity in the way they learn and behave in school. Consequently, a teacher training activity has been carried out, enabling them to improve their ability to design, perform, and narrate teaching practices intentionally mindful of male and female specificities. The teaching practices, acted and narrated, were then analyzed to identify possible guidelines for educational activities of teachers interested in the increasing of the value of the male or female specificities of their pupils.
