Abstract

Authoriality, considered an ineludible trait of a work of art, is an idea born of modernity. Only during the renaissance, in fact, did the author assert himself, later exalted during the age of romanticism. the twentieth century, freeing it- self from a traditional-bourgeois conception of literature, once more problema- tized the role of the author, proposing new forms of creativity.
