Abstract
The article refers to the enlargement of governmental special powers regarding strategic business entities (so called Golden Power), according to the new rules issued by decree 8 April 2020 n. 23, within the legislation related to the Covid-19 emergency. By analysing the recent discipline, the essay investigates the relationship among the new regulation and issues arising from the pandemic, and/or, more in general, the “Zeitgeist” in fact of protection of national economies.
