School buildings have an important role as they accommodate young generations for education activities, which will influence their future. They recap the time when they were built, however supporting contemporary instances, having to adapt to social, pedagogic, normative requirements and evolution.Civil service has the duty to guarantee school safety, their salubrity, dignity, and energy efficiency as they are collective patrimony, network presence and heterogeneous as concern their types of buildings and maintenance conditions. This requires a structured but flexible approach, to be modulated according to specifies which motivate different actions: management, requalification, replacement.
