Abstract

Cardiac involvement represents a critical prognostic factor inamyloidosis, as it represents a leading cause of morbidity and mortality,in primary light chain amyloidosis, in hereditary and alsoin wild-type transthyretin amyloidosis. A 54-year-old male wasadmitted to Emergency Room with complaints of dyspnea, palpitationsand diaphoresis.
