The Observatory for Decorative Arts in Italy (www.oadi.it), named after Maria Accascina, scientific instrument of the Department of Cultures and Society, since its foundation has set itself the goal of identifying, studying, enhancing, safeguarding and disseminating knowledge of works of decorative art in Italy, starting from the particular development that they have had in Sicily.
